“Take your time, there’s no rush. No need to compare yourself to others.” This is Avril’s intention for you when offering her classes in Yoga & Mindfulness. Classes are a mixture of the knowledge she has gained from her teacher Sri Dharma Mittra and many other wonderful teachers, along with her continued practice and experience. Her approach to teaching is offered with an open heart and sparks of humour, as she feels we mustn’t take ourselves too seriously!
